@BBCNews it is odd that the Govt is having a pop at the banks over savings rates whilst NS&I are paying some of the worst rates in the market. Perhaps they should get their own house in order first ?

Very disappointed in the quality of service from the @TheRAC_UK - my wife broken down, alone and response time quoted of 4-5 hours. Unacceptable for any customer but especially so for a lone female. Will be contacting @TheAA_UK and rejoining them I think.
