How do you know you’re a soft scammer online business? You do stuff like @houzz where you price gate features, then obfuscate that a monthly subscription is actually 12 months, whether you need it that long or not ($50/month), then when a customer asks to cancel the service 1/2
You tell them there’s nothing you can do, so they stop payment to your company through the bank and now you’re send them legal threats for $150. I guess I should have read the fine print, but this is how you lose trust in your brand. This kind of shit.
