@easyjet i have submitted a claim for expenses which was rejected. How do i appeal this decision? Is there a tel number or email i can use. Your live chat has signposted me to the claim form but this is just dropped down menus and does not allow for free form entry to explain?

@easyjet i have been trying to call customer service or talk on live chat since 7am but keep getting cut off. Our flight from Portugal was cancelled yesterday. Earliest flight available is Tues 5th Sep - surely this can't be right. Will more flights be made available?

@easyJet Never got a reply to this and then the plan was cancelled at 19:00.meaning a long wait to get luggage. No one from easy jet service to be seen or offer advice / help. Next available flight is 5th sep.... Is that really the best you can do @easyJet ??

@easyJet Thanks on the tracker it says delayed. But on your message it says you apologise for the inconvenience of it being cancelled. Does this mean it has been cancelled but the tracker is yet to be updated?

Its not about consistency of response to the children. It's consistency of response by the adults. Different children need different responses. As long as all the adults are doing the same thing it's OK.
