@CazooUK Over 25k spent on a Discovery Sport 1 week ago. Car spec online was not the car received. Still waiting on a resolution on this. Each call made told issue is been looked but nobody is getting back. Getting beyond a joke now.....

@BritishGas @BritishGasHelp @ofgem After explaining on multiple calls the issue with my boiler looks to be a circuit board issue an engineer arrives and says yes looks to be a circuit board issue but does not have one with him so another day with no heating or hot water....

@BritishGas @BritishGasHelp @ofgem No heating or hot water. British Gas due to attend today but no show. Multiple calls getting nowhere then told will be tomorrow. 10 minutes later get a call back will actually be Monday. Terrible customer service seems PSR means nothing?
