@EDMIRE2k Unpopular opinion I suppose, I actually think dlss5 is really neat. Def some issues with instagram face in some examples and it’s not right for everything but I do like a lot of the results I see, especially with regards to environmental lighting

@nintendolife i like the concept and the unique use of mouse controls, but they really didn't do much to make the game itself seem particularly appealing. seems like a cool idea wrapped up in a fairly generic skin.

@roadtosuccesses i'd imagine he's probably not very book smart, but has insane street smarts. i hate the man but it's undeniable that he has an electrifying personality, which i think largely derives from him being both confident and dismissive.

@RobinPoedev the only justification ive heard for the lack of sauce that kinda checks out is that the switch has more stuff going on that it needs to quickly swap between (can open the eshop with a game running, for example), but even so its just so barren

@ShiftedPyro same, i get wanting to unify the series visually (though also zelda shows that varied art styles can be fun in its own way) but i dont like how the art styles of 1 and X have now both been treated like mistakes

@ActualAero ... yeah it actually does make sense. not that i don't figure it'll be revealed soon anyway, but switch sales declining doesn't mean they're at all bad. can't imagine them wanting to kneecap what could still very well be a strong holiday tho, so i'm predicting a switch mini.

@LinkMountaineer @TeamDream25 @Stealth40k with very few exceptions, divine beasts / totk dungeons are literally just a collection of rooms with their own puzzles which do not have any bearing on each other outside of activating a terminal (or the reskinned terminals in totk since it didn't actually change the structure)

@LinkMountaineer @TeamDream25 @Stealth40k yeah smart one i'm aware. that's why i specify "stapled together". they are quite clearly not dungeons in the way dungeons were prior to BotW. they quite clearly utilize much of the same design ideas as shrines. largely separated puzzles with little in terms of a throughline
