#BankersDemand5DayWeek
Back in 1986, India moved from having a 6-day work week to a 5-day work week for government employees. This move was specifically to improve productivity, promote work-life balance and was heavily influenced by global trends that was moving towards a shorter work-week.
Why that is being denied to bankers even after 40 years .

UFBU has organized a meeting on 11.12.2024 for discussing the action on residual issues. But No circular came even after 4 days. This shows UFBU's transparency to the fellow bankers. I feel No confidence on UFBU and AIBEA. Awaiting for #5daysbanking continuing... in 2025 also.
@12flips @nsitharaman Nowadays, news channels are spreading fake/half cooked information and genius people reacts without understanding the reality. Count your state's public holiday list alone, don't count for whole country. Public sector in danger already @12flips wants private Government.
