Researching therapeutic interventions that improve health and life span through preventing or delaying neurodegenerative conditions @ UCSD School of Medicine.
I just signed up for the next round of the free Edge for Scholars grant writing workshop taught by @sarahcdobson. It starts on October 21, 2024. Hurry up! You can register here: https://t.co/sLuNpKITMd
Thanks to the Fox news team for coming out and discussing the relevance of our work on time-restricted eating's impact on Alzheimer's:

@hardizzle13@louisanicola_ I appreciate the mention. Its not the first TRF paper I or others have published. It is compelling. Our extended group has also done Timed eating in humans (see S. Panda papers). V. Longo also has looked at Fast mimicking diet approaches. Lots to think about!

@FuleticSlobodan@davidasinclair@Cell_Metabolism I did a study with a ketogenic diet in another neurodegenerative disease. Also published. It was not as effective, though has some of the benefits.
@XiaoTianPhD@Cell_Metabolism Thank you Xiao! Wonderful handling of the discussion of our paper. It looks like you switched coasts and are now out by us! Lunch some time?
