@eliotmurray Did you buy any $RKDA at the time? I passed, don't recall why, just seeing your post. Looks like it had a good run for a while. I don't see many net net guys around here...
@teambullish95 Good sign. I owned it for a while, bought in when their books were messed up, sold after they got things in better order. I missed the 1.50 dividend and this one. Congrats to those still holding it and kudos to managment.
@wrongthink95472@BeatTheInsider Looks like he was swapping from preferred stock to common stock.
Liquidity - Preferred shares often trade thinly, limited buyers.
Upside - Common stock typically has more upside if the company recovers/grows. Preferred is more defensive, fixed dividends, liquidation preference.
@wrongthink95472@BeatTheInsider Here's what my robot says:
Sept 15โ17, 2025: The CEO bought common stock on the open market for ~$9.6โ$10.9/share. Total ~33,000 shares across three days.
At the same time, he sold Series A Preferred stock (~31,000 shares over the same days) at ~$9.2โ$9.24/share.
@Helium10_ I can't even stay logged in long enough to check my sales for the day. Honestly sometimes I don't know what I'm paying for. Disappointing. When I'm not getting logged out, data is very slow to load. It's frustrating.
@CollinRugg This dude endorsed Killary Clinton, took a couple million bucks from Big Pharma and tried to deny it for about 10 seconds when RFK grilled him, and can't even comb his hair. I really don't know why anybody would trust this guy.
This is my first time seeing the fabled Ben Graham discuss investing. I guess I never thought to look for video...
@Greenbackd@farnamjake1@EvanBleker you guys might like this, if you haven't already seen it.

@SecKennedy Congratulations Mr Secretary, we all really appreciate you. I'm sure your parents and your uncle are looking down and are very proud of you.
