The difference in times you ask?
The Arnett tornado on 5/4/2007 occurred at around 5:45 pm. The one today occurred at 5:52 pm.
The Greensburg, KS tornado on 5/4/2007 formed at 9:03 pm and dissipated at 10:05 pm. The one today formed at ~9:20 pm and dissipated at ~10:05 pm.
