@Tiny17967041 @implausibleblog I expect he ‘sounded like’ he knew what he was talking about when he was promoting the benefits of Brexit and look how that has turned out.
@robertmdaws@CPFC I saw him score for Walsall against Palace in the FA Cup at their place. Cracking left foot shot if I remember correctly. We signed him in the summer and he played one season for us and scored 8 goals in the League but none, I think, away from home. Had a great shot on him.
@HLTCO The sharks will circulate regardless. Wharton wouldn’t be getting an England call up if he had chosen Chelsea over us so this sends out a signal to other ambitious young players.
@MarinaPurkiss What planet is this man on, ‘not gender based, not race based’!? The comments were vile and anyone defending them (a Government Minister in this case) is frankly, beneath contempt.
Tommy Best became Cardiff City's 1st black player on this day in 1948 in front of a crowd of over 46,000 at The Hawthorns. West Brom won 2-0 and went on to be promoted. Tommy later joined QPR @CardiffCityFC@QPR@MagicOfTheFACup@kickitout@KickOffAt3
