@DrNickA Test on 10% of incoming calls. Survey customers after to see if they felt a lower service. Monitor any second order effects that might not have been considered. Determine if they are potentially harmful. Understand how this looks in 18mnts-5 yrs and if aligns with exit strat.

@davidefi Was a long slow road from interest piqued to full on dedication. A mix of factors - part fomo (asset prices), partly the broadness of innovation (the variety of projects). Almost like a new puzzle to solve. As for full trust… that’s a work in progress but the future is bright

@Jack_Raines Germany’s mistake was to bow to the anti-nuclear movement and switch off its plants removing that source of energy and self sufficiency and instead opting in to become nearly fully dependant from outside sources. The anti-nuclear argument won but at a cost of energy independence

@mikealfred@hasufl I thought they failed to raise recently even with a significantly lowered valuation. And debt… $250M debt that has a clause to acquire 100% is a good deal. That 250M goes to plug some of the holes
