Just in from #ESMO25 Berlin👉Phase III PSMAAddition trial shows that adding ¹⁷⁷Lu-PSMA-617 to ADT + ARPI significantly improved rPFS (HR 0.72; p = 0.002) in PSMA-positive mHSPC, with consistent benefit across subgroups. OS immature.
