WILL SC JUDGES RESPECT THEIR OWN LOGIC?

You want all feeders to take responsibility for dog bites?

Then by the same logic:

👉 Will @indSupremeCourt judges take responsibility for crimes that happen in society despite the judiciary’s existence?

👉 Will @indSupremeCourt judges take responsibility for the harassment of women feeders and the increase in animal abuse after 11 AUGUST 2025?

👉 Will @indSupremeCourt judges and dog haters take responsibility for the cruelty and abuse happening inside and outside your so called “shelters”, the ones you call a “solution”?

👉 By that logic, will you also arrest the parents of criminals for the crimes of their own children, because they gave birth to them?

No?

Then stop forcing selective accountability on feeders.

OUR ACCOUNTABILITY CONDITIONS:

If someone kicks a dog, the dog may bite.
You cannot blame the dog and you cannot blame the feeder for that.
So if you want to accuse a feeder or punish a dog:

✅ PROVE that the dog bit without provocation.
And don’t show 10 seconds of video like propaganda.

To understand provocation, you need at least 2 days of CCTV footage.
Let the complainant prove:
what happened before the bite

who provoked
who attacked/threatened

who threw stones, sticks, chased, or hit

If they can’t prove it — it’s not a case, it’s a narrative.

AND IF PROVOCATION IS PROVEN…

If we find that a child or any human provoked the dog and that provocation caused the bite…

THEN DON’T PUNISH THE DOG.

Instead:

📌 PUT THAT FAMILY INSIDE THE SAME SHELTERS YOU DEMAND FOR DOGS.
Not in prison built with our tax money —
but in those overcrowded, miserable places you proudly call “shelters.”

Because accountability should apply to humans too.
Not just dogs.

Every new rule or directive by the MCD on Animal Welfare seems to create more chaos, not clarity.

The truth: Instead of fixing the system (e.g., funding ABC Rules 2023 compliance), new rules are being used to justify mass, often inhumane, rounding-ups and shelter overcrowding. This mismanagement is a tool to hide deep-seated corruption in the veterinary department.

Don't let them twist the law. Animals deserve better, and citizens deserve accountability!

Today, Galgotias University threw innocent puppies into the jungle — in their own ambulance.
All evidence and proof are available.

As an educational institution, this shows shocking cruelty toward community dogs who have lived on campus for years with love, care, and compassion from students and staff.

Students who tried to protect the dogs are now being threatened with rustication by the VC.

This was done without informing the nodal officer or any govt authority, violating Hon’ble Supreme Court policies on community animals.
