Gross Revenue - Trade Spend = Net Revenue

Net Revenue - Product COGS = Product Margin

Product Margin - non-product COGS (freight/logistics) = Gross Margin

Gross Margin - direct marketing = Contribution Margin

Contribution Margin - OpEx = EBITDA
