While I appreciate Amber's intent and understand the economics (and practical complications), in practice it just doesn't add up.
Why go to all this effort when in the end, I'm effectively paying the default tariff anyway?
My new provider's rates are 27.5 peak (which is 3pm - 9pm) and 16.5c off-peak, with FIT of 7.2c.
There is no month this year where I would not have been better off with them than @AmberElectricAU - and I would not have had to have been looking at the Amber app every 30 minutes.
@DrChromo That age bracket is Rovers section. Most scout groups have lots of youths in the younger sections (Joeys, cubs, scouts) but only a handful in Venturers and Rovers (ours has 2 Venturers).
@Optus The charges on the bill are correct, however this graph you included in the email attempting to compare previous bills is clearly b0rked.
I don't need it to be explained, but you should probably fix whatever code is generating it.
@NBN_Australia With due respect, I'm not convinced that you were actually working with the energy provider (Jemena)
It was only acknowledged on their website at 1:57pm today, and was fixed by 2:13pm - fifteen minutes later
I would like to see a detailed review of why it took 3.5 days to fix
Fair suck of the sauce bottle @NBN_Australia our entire street has been without internet for two days now how about an actual update rather than a resolution time that expired yesterday?
@NBN_Australia Yes they said that you're reporting a power outage (same as your website) even when Jemena says there is none.
Have you even been on site to check?
Your website was reporting it would be fixed by 9.30pm Friday, then yesterday by 6am today, now there is no ETA. What gives?
