🤔In 2001, the United States built a financial kill switch.

Section 311 of the PATRIOT Act. Treasury identifies a foreign bank as a money laundering concern. Every American bank is then legally barred from doing business with it. Since almost every international dollar transaction touches an American bank somewhere, the designation is a death sentence.

Banca Privada d'Andorra collapsed in three days.

The weapon has been used roughly thirty times in twenty-five years. It has never failed.

But the weapon had a design limitation.

It worked by cutting one specific connection the correspondent account between the foreign bank and the American banking system. Sever that account and the foreign bank can't clear dollars.

The assumption underneath it: dirty money needs a bank.

Then came crypto.

A crypto exchange doesn't need a correspondent account. It doesn't need an American bank in the chain at all. It moves value peer-to-peer across borders without ever touching the infrastructure the kill switch was designed to cut.

The weapon couldn't reach where the money had gone.

So Congress rebuilt it.

In 2021, they passed Section 9714 the Combating Russian Money Laundering Act. Same concept. Same "primary money laundering concern" language. But instead of cutting a banking connection, it directly prohibits any transfer of funds to or from the target. No correspondent account required.

When Treasury used it for the first time in January 2023 against a Russian crypto exchange called Bitzlato, FinCEN said it in plain language: the traditional Section 311 measures would not adequately reach a peer-to-peer virtual asset provider.

They didn't hide why. They published it in the Federal Register.

Then Congress rebuilt it again.

In April 2024, the FEND Off Fentanyl Act created Section 2313a. Same architecture a third time. Same kill switch mechanics. Aimed specifically at money laundering connected to opioid trafficking.

First used June 25, 2025. Three Mexican financial institutions designated on a single day CIBanco, Intercam, and Vector Casa de Bolsa. One of them wasn't even a bank. It was a brokerage.

The weapon had expanded beyond banking entirely.

Three versions of the same weapon in twenty-four years.

2001: we can kill your bank account.

2023: we can kill your ability to send or receive money at all.

2025: we can do it specifically because you're washing fentanyl proceeds through a brokerage in Mexico City.

The money left the banks. The law followed it to crypto. The money moved to fentanyl brokerages. The law followed it there.

And then there was the loophole.

When Huione Group got designated last October $4 billion in laundered funds, pig butchering scams, North Korean cyber heists it did what designated entities have always done.

It changed its name.

Huione Pay became H-Pay Service PLC. Same logo. Same services. Same parent company. New name.

The old designation was written against "Huione Group." Not "H-Pay."

Here's the part that will bother you.

Treasury knew about this trick in 2004.

A Belarusian bank called Infobank was designated under Section 311. It renamed itself Trustbank. The designation didn't automatically disappear but it took a decade to fully resolve, and the rename created legal ambiguity that the designated entity exploited.

Twenty-two years later, in June 2026, FinCEN proposed amending the Huione rule to cover "any successor entity."

For the first time in the weapon's history, the designation follows the function instead of the name. Rename yourself, the ban comes with you.

Twenty-two years to close a loophole they watched open in real time.

The question the timeline forces you to ask.

Did it take twenty-two years because bureaucracies move slowly?

Or did it take twenty-two years because watching a renamed entity reconnect to the same network watching where the money goes after the front door closes produces intelligence that closing the loophole immediately would have destroyed?

I don't have the primary source that answers that question.

But I have the timing. FinCEN closed the loophole one month after OFAC designated nine more Prince Group individuals. One month after DOJ seized Huione's cloud infrastructure. One month after the network had been mapped across 146 entities in two countries.

They closed it after the mapping was done.

Draw your own conclusion.

The full architecture as it stands today:

Section 311 severs correspondent accounts. It kills banks.

Section 9714 prohibits funds transmittal directly. It kills crypto exchanges.

Section 2313a does the same for opioid trafficking. It kills fentanyl brokerages.

The successor-entity doctrine follows the target through name changes.

And in October 2023, FinCEN did something it had never done before: it designated an entire category of transaction convertible virtual currency mixing as a primary money laundering concern. Not a bank. Not an exchange. A type of behavior.

The weapon evolved from killing institutions to killing the infrastructure that makes the behavior possible.

That's not a busy year at Treasury. That's a financial quarantine system being rebuilt in public, weapon by weapon, to follow the money wherever it goes.

Watch the money. Not the podium.

🚨HEARTBREAKING: Lola Daviet (12 years old) was on her way home from school in Paris, just a short distance from her apartment when she was intercepted by 24-year-old Dahbia Benkired, an Algerian national living in France without legal status.

Benkired lured the child into her sister’s apartment. Once inside, she forced Lola to undress and subjected her to sexual assault, including forced oral sex and other penetrative acts. She then bound the girl’s feet with duct tape and covered her mouth.

While Lola remained restrained, Benkired sat calmly, drank coffee, and listened to music. She later took a pair of scissors and a knife and launched a sustained, brutal attack, repeatedly stabbing and slashing the child, focusing on the neck area, until Lola was dead. She then forced the body into a suitcase and left it in the courtyard of the building complex.

Investigators determined the attack was motivated by anger toward Lola’s mother, who had refused Benkired a building access badge.

Benkired described the crime in detail without apparent emotion. She was later convicted and sentenced to life in prison.

Lola’s father died not long afterward, reportedly from the weight of grief. Her mother continues to live with the devastation of the loss.

Fact check: 100% true. When the Smithsonian opened the African American History Museum in 2016, the Museum’s leadership not only did not mention Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, they had three glowing references to Anita Hill, his discredited accuser whom the American people did not believe told the truth by a 58%-24% margin. Only 26% of women believed Anita Hill’s lies.

Lonnie Bunch was the head of the African American Museum at the time, and he is now the head of the entire Smithsonian. He is a hard-core progressive ideologue, and this was a disgraceful, malicious act.

Justice Thomas has gone on to become our second longest serving Justice in history and has had a monumental impact on American jurisprudence. He is our greatest Supreme Court Justice.

Yet, the disgraceful Smithsonian could not find any place to honor him when it opened its doors. It was too busy calling “hard work” and “individualism” racist.

President Trump is 100% correct when he says that the current Smithsonian leadership “cannot be trusted to tell America’s story with honesty and gratitude.”
