Before his superannuation SBI CMD has given many return gifts to employees of SBI .
I like two of them most .
Number one special pay of rs 4000 on completion of 16 years of service and up to 24 years to all officers of SBI irrespective of the scale
And 12500 per month for those who have completed 24 years of service .
And the best part is that this special pay is eligible for not only DA and HRA but also eligible for superannuation benefits like pension ,PF ,NPS and gratuity.
2 15 days pli despite only around 4.5 pc year on year CASA growth which is an important parameter in revised IBA circular on PLI .
We wish ki other banks ke CEO bhi aise hi liberal hote for their employees on financial benefits matters .

Banks are yet to receive a new PLI scheme from IBA .
Once that is received every bank will hold discussion with bank based unions / associations to decide 5 out of 8 parameters decided at IBA level .after seeking board approval of new parameters PLI will be paid by banks .
