@Alonso_GD I’d thought the connection was environmental— whatever stunted their growth (poor nutrition, in utero effects) also stunted their mental/emotional abilities. Obvs, height is genetic, but constrained by environmental resources.
@alz_zyd_@GarettJones Hard to say without looking at the actual menu, but I find the difference in home vs restaurant steak preparation much smaller than for pasta (more complex sauces). So even if the literal labor costs are the same, I get more value from the pasta prep.
