@PensionsOmbuds I submitted a complaint to the @PensionsOmbuds in March 2023 and still have not received an Ombudsman’s Determination despite indications it would arrive last month #notfitforpurpose
@lloyds - Weeks ago the Financial Ombudsman found in my favour on a complaint about my sharedealing account. However Lloyds have not resolved the complaint as directed by the Ombudsman. Why?
@bppulseuk - I contacted you on the 28 June via your website about getting an invoice for a charging session at one of your chargers on that date. As yet no reply.
I have sent all the details by DM. Separately I hear that it can take up to 28 days to delete the hacked talktalk email account. Why is it that @TalkTalk can’t act more quickly as people are still receiving scam emails.?
@TalkTalk - you seem incapable of taking down a hacked talktalk email account which was reported some days ago. This delay may result in more people being scammed by the hacker. How can this be resolved?
@JustinWelby - Your 5 Dec House of Lords speech was in my view tone deaf, lacking humility and disturbing. Why have you prolonged the effect on victims by not leaving your post immediately after you had resigned?
@Checkatrade - I had to make a claim against the #Checkatrade guarantee and was told the outcome would be advised within 7 working days. That has expired and I haven’t received the decision.
@AlisonEBennett - The original email was sent on 21 August, followed by a further email on 9 September. I then complained to your party leader on 17 September about not even receiving an acknowledgment from you. No responses to any of these three emails have been received.

forward a complaint to the @PHSOmbudsman, something only one’s constituency MP can do. I have already contacted you 3 times about this.
@Support - An incorrect birthday was entered on another of my X/Twitter accounts and I am now locked out of that account. I can’t access the form referred to in the attached screenshot.

@las2lam@bppensioner@bp_plc I don’t believe it can be that document. Why? Because inflation was exceptional in 2022 and 2024, far exceeding 5% yet BP rejected discretionary increases requested by the Trustees.
@bppensioner Regarding the campaign’s use of social media, position is crystal clear. The campaign does not associate with any form of personal attacks on bp staff or indeed other people. #BP and bp staff should understand this position.
@bppensioner 🥲 By repeating erroneous and #misleading information, @bp_plc has missed the opportunity to resolve the #pension#crisis. The information session was a scripted TV programme rather than a proper debate with pensioners and their representatives.
