@Girlguiding the IT infrastructure to support volunteers needs improving. Circle of doom trying to add UMAs yet again, but in scouting the register you would take would link to the programme entered to record the badge activity. Badges easily visible to parent and young member.

There are so many unresolved tensions in our daily work. I agree that they should be done in advance and that also reworking them is inefficient and annoying….

The biggest problem in medicine is lack of continuity. We get no reward for being organised and efficient.
