@BauerHour15 Yes, we have used it in a few patients if criteria met per heme including: >37 weeks CGA, 2.6kg, renal/liver fxn ok, on feeds (restart quickly on feeds after surgery), after 5 days of heparin/LMWH, normal platelets no drug interactions

@drbretty My big complaint is looking at the extremes for outcomes. If you are looking at all of the studies with desired outcomes you could have a 22 wkr with no sIVH, no NEC, home in full PO feeds at 40 weeks but still on NC at 36 weeks, but failure for studies for primarily outcome
