It has been a year since my last update on the prospective MSK-IMPACT/ACCESS sequencing cohort, now >120,000 tumor/cfDNA samples analyzed. Thanks to the patients, docs, nurses, techs, data scientists who have contributed. So where are we going next:
As discussed at #ESMO26, data on EV+P in bladder cancer with variant histology remain limited.
Together with Emory and Dr. Jacqueline Brown, we’re studying EV+P in tumors with aberrant histologic features including with squamous, plasmacytoid, and glandular features.
MSK PI: Dr. Sam Funt.

A truly memorable #AACR26! Honored to present our work on bladder cancer lineage plasticity and grateful to receive the Scholar-in-Training Award. Huge thanks to my mentor @DSolit, collaborators, and labmates for their guidance and support #BladderCancer#CancerResearch
Today, MSK physician-scientist Dr. Sarat Chandarlapaty shared his research on how #cancer develops resistance to #HER2 antibody-drug conjugates during a session at #AACR26.
On the #AACR26 stage this morning: Dr. Yelena Janjigian, Chief of MSK's Gastrointestinal Oncology Service, will share her expertise on the latest advances in #cancer#immunotherapy. @MSKCancerCenter@AACR@YJanjigianMD
