Etymology
There are various theories as to the origin of the word "Yamato".

The base of a mountain.

人は、自分の選択を正当化しやすい。

ワクチンのような大きな決断では、なおさらだと思う。

接種した人は「自分の判断は正しかった」と思いたくなる。逆に、接種しなかった人にも同じ心理は働く。

私自身、接種しなかったことは良かったと思っている。しかし、それすら「自分の選択を正当化���ているだけではないか」というバイアスの可能性は、常に意識している。

私が当時接種しなかったのは、コロナそのもののリスク、副反応のリスク、免疫学的に逆効果になる可能性、そして未知のリスクまで含めて考えた結果にすぎない。

私はウ���ルス学や免疫学を専門にしていたから、そこまで考える材料があった。もし専門家でなければ、当時得られる情報の中で接種を選んでいたかもしれない。

だから私は、接種した人を「何も考えていなかった」とは思わないし、接種しなかった人が自動的に正しかったとも思わない。

ただ、ひとつ明確に間違っていたと思うことがある。

それは、「接種しない」という選択をした人たちが、不当にバッシングされたことだ。

接種するか、しないか。

本来これは、一人ひとりが自分の年齢、健康状態、感染リスク、ワクチンの利益とリスクを考えたうえで決めるものだ。

大切なのは、自分の選択を正当化するために都合のいい情報だけを集め、「自分は正しい、相手は間違っている」とならないことだ。

プーチン大統領がキエフ当局を強く非難しました。

ロシアの港湾攻撃について、キエフ側は穀物供給が止まり世界が飢餓に陥る可能性があると主張し、国連の場でもロシアを非難する発言を繰り返しているんです。

しかしプーチン大統領はこう切り返しています。
