Firelight combines on-chain risk protection with sustainable staking rewards, creating a safer DeFi experience for users and institutions alike.
Built for institutional-grade resilience, designed to secure the future of on-chain finance.
XRP-backed borrowing is taking off. 🚀
@FlareNetworks launched with a 5M RLUSD cap, and its initial 1M RLUSD was fully borrowed within hours.
The market is already cleared to expand to ~9M RLUSD! https://t.co/tZc05jqc5r
The last two weeks shortened the path in and widened what sits behind it.
Easier in for wallet holders — FSA v1.3, built to scale distribution without adding friction.
RLUSD stablecoin liquidity for FXRP.
Institutional curation behind both.
Two launches, one foundation; more XRP working on Flare at scale☀️
within 2 weeks of USDT0's launch, Flare TVL jumped from $37M to over $120M.
now it is launching another major opportunity for XRP ecosystem.
you can imagine what this could unlock.
that is why you should pay attention to this.
@FlareNetworks just brought FXRP into @SentoraHQ's RLUSD vault on @Morpho.
FXRP became the first XRP collateral in an institutionally curated Ethereum vault.
so much to unpack seeing XRP at this stage:
> another barrier removed for XRPFi
> as an XRP holder, you can now get both exposure and liquidity.
FXRP lets holders borrow RLUSD while keeping XRP price exposure alive.
without having to rely on custodians or private lender.
FXRP passed Sentora's risk review.
oracle reliability, collateral behavior, and liquidation liquidity all met their required standards.
borrowers can mint FXRP through FAssets → bridge onto Ethereum → deposit collateral → borrow RLUSD within Morpho.
every position stays inside an isolated market and keeps risks contained.
borrowed RLUSD can even flow back onto XRPL.
which creates another bridge connecting XRP liquidity.
you know what will make this flow interesting is the one signature feature.
just one signature can mint, bridge, borrow, etc. together at once.
every additional feature and infra add more liquidity around XRP.
Flare is really doing so much for XRPFi.
For the network:
FSA v1.3 scales how XRP reaches Flare.
RLUSD liquidity scales what FXRP can do once it's there — more capital through vaults and borrowing demand, more FXRP minted through FAssets.
Scaling usage on growing rails. That's what FIP.16 ties $FLR to ☀️
Built for institutions. Designed for everyone.
Firelight was developed alongside leading institutional technology partners, and incubated by @SentoraHQ, a market leader in institutional DeFi that curates 1,000+ risk management models with billions deployed into DeFi strategies.
One thing that keeps becoming clearer is how completely Flare Smart Accounts change the surface area for XRP.
Right now most XRP still sits idle because the path into useful DeFi is still fragmented: mint, bridge, supply, borrow, manage risk across interfaces that might feel foreign to XRPL users.
FSA v1.3 + Custom Instructions give you both: a single XRPL signature and maximum flexibility over the programmable instructions it can trigger.
The goal is simple. The user stays on the ledger they already know. Everything else happens underneath through the Smart Account.
And this is not a small UX improvement. It turns the XRPL into an authorization layer for programmable actions on Flare.
Once more wallets and exchanges surface that flow, the friction that kept billions of XRP on the sidelines starts disappearing by design.
Trust the primitives.

How to borrow RLUSD using FXRP
1. Get FXRP on Flare. If you hold XRP, mint it into FXRP through the FAssets Portal. If you already hold FXRP, skip to the next step.
2. Bridge FXRP to Ethereum through the FAssets Portal, or via Stargate.
3. Supply FXRP into the FXRP/RLUSD Morpho market. Collateral is market-specific, so supplying to one market does not collateralize positions in another.
4. Borrow RLUSD against your FXRP up to the market's LTV. Interest accrues at the market's rate, which adjusts with utilization.
5. Monitor your loan-to-value ratio. If it exceeds the liquidation LTV, external liquidators can repay your debt and claim your collateral.
6. Repay the borrowed RLUSD plus accrued interest to withdraw your FXRP.
Direct FXRP minting from XRPL to Ethereum is under development and would remove the separate bridging step.
Private Pay is live on @FlareNetworks ☀️🚀
Send FAssets to anyone , amount hidden, recipient hidden, zero trail on-chain.
Receiving is just as clean: register your payment key once, then claim any private payment sent your way.
No one watching the chain ever sees it happen.

Bank of America's research put Ripple at the front of cross-border settlement on throughput and cost-they cite up to 80% savings versus traditional SWIFT corridors.
Human and institutional settlement is being solved in public. Agent-to-agent settlement is the next corridor-and it needs escrow and dispute resolution on top. Yellow builds that layer.
“Regulatory clarity is the foundation of institutional trust.”
Last month, Ripple received full EU authorization for a MiCA Crypto Asset Service Provider (CASP) license from Luxembourg’s CSSF. 🇪🇺
With our EU EMI license, institutions across all 30 EEA nations can now collect, exchange, and pay out via Ripple Payments in a single regulated relationship.
Regulation-first, ready to scale. https://t.co/lesANFtmhQ
I'm voting Yes for the Batch amendment on the XRP Ledger.
It went through extensive AI and internal reviews, expanded test cases and adversarial testing with a Attackathon.
In addition it's one of the most anticipated features among projects and institutions on the XRP Ledger. Enabling various use cases, from OTC trading, to trustless peer2peer swaps of assets like NFTs and tokens and monetization of services.
Want to see how you can borrow RLUSD using your XRP?
This walkthrough goes through the entire flow:
→ minting FXRP on Flare → bridging to Ethereum → supplying FXRP and borrowing $RLUSD →redeeming
