Saw something very strange at AEON Mall Makuhari today.
It’s a V2AEONMALL discharge station where PHEVs donate electricity to the shopping mall??
The reward - About 24 WAON points (24yen)
Genuinely confused.
Fun test drive......around the car park?
I'm assuming it was carried to the event on the back of another truck because CT is not road legal in Japan...or anywhere else outside of the US!
@hiroshiy Nothing. I tried several times.
But the car moving in front of me did make it chime, but to be honest that feature has been on Japanese cars for over 15 years!
Just signed up for @mytesla_toshi’s BOXIV SHARE app, Tesla car sharing service in Japan 🇯🇵⚡️
Interesting concept. At the moment seems aimed mainly at Japanese users, with Japanese licence verification and a Japanese-only app interface, curious to see how the service develops!
1.. Big wide open roads.
2. Central Tokyo doesn’t have many train crossings, most roads go under train tracks via bridges.
Show me an unedited video going through narrow back roads, across train crossings, through a tollgate, navigating traffic lights that show 🔴 ⬆️➡️
BREAKING🇯🇵 : First Tesla FSD experience on Japanese public roads in Tokyo.
It's handling Japan's unique road environment smoothly. Now, we're just waiting for official approval from the authorities.
Big step for Japan's mobility future! Here are some clips from my camera.
More owners are starting to report seat issues in the Tesla Model 3 Highland and the new Tesla Model Y Juniper.
• Wrinkles forming in the seat
• Upholstery deforming quickly
• Seat losing its shape after relatively short use
In this price segment, you would expect the seat to hold up better over time.
Are other Highland or Juniper owners experiencing this as well?
$TSLA
It will probably never get past the Japanese lawmakers, and even if it does it will be so bad and barely usable.
Look at how many mistakes it makes in the US already with big wide roads….yeah, not good.
