What remains valuable after AI made production becomes infinite?
Human feeling.
AI made content/ design/ code/ production abundant. But the feeling someone gets when they see, hear, read, or experience something? That’s still scarce, and scarce things become VALUABLE.
We’re building a product to give AI real human emotion in everything it creates. More is coming soon. 🫡
How many of the accounts you interacted with online today were real humans?
During my time in traditional finance, I watched institutions spend hundreds of millions trying to answer that question. None of them could.
I left Yale one year before finishing my MBA to build the answer. It was realising the same failure ran through every digital system I could name: AI models are trained on bot-generated data. Medical records get duplicated and falsified. Credentials get faked.
For 30 years, we’ve relied on passwords, CAPTCHAs, and KYC. Each one leaks. As AI gets better at generating fake identities and fake credentials, each one leaks faster.
At Yale, I read that Worldcoin (or World) raised $115M to scan people’s eyes in exchange for crypto. My first thought: the problem they’re solving is real. My second: the solution is wrong. World’s answer is to scan your iris with hardware they control and process it centrally. You hand them the most sensitive biometric data you own and trust them with it permanently, no matter what they promise.
That doesn’t solve the trust problem but creates a new one. So I left Yale and started building @projectsolo - the identity layer the internet was supposed to have from the start: Proof that you’re a real, unique human, verifiable anywhere, without giving your data to anyone.
We’re solving the trust problem of the AI era. And we call it Credible Anonymity.

More announcements to come.
In Mountain View today at a Silicon Valley AI meet-up to talk about what @projectsolo is building.
The message is simple: AI agents need real humans. Bots can't fake it anymore.

2026 resolution: a more human internet. Private checks on your phone, cleaner signals for apps, fairer rewards for real people.
Thank you for being part of Solo 🧡
@cbventures' 2026 ideas spotlight "Proof-of-Humanity" in AI + Robotics — a timely insight as AI erodes the line between human and synthetic content. Verifiable, privacy-preserving identity is essential. At Solo, our shared vision with our investor @TimDraper on privacy-first human verification inspired his lead investment earlier this year. We're delivering exactly that: Decentralized 1P1A (One Person, One Account) on-chain powered by our own zkFHE biometrics. Enabling Credible Anonymity for secure Web3 lending, frontier AI data labeling, and Sybil-resistant ecosystems.
Our live PoC achieves on-chain verifications in seconds; partnerships with @GEODNET, @Meet_Perle, @JoinSapien, and other leading projects demonstrate real-world impact for Solo-verified human data.
@HoolieG, @jonathankingvc — Let's talk on how Solo advances your PoH vision.

I was at the DECODE AI Conference at Berkeley yesterday — great to meet so many builders working on applied AI, agent systems, and ML infra. A lot of the conversations echoed the same pain points we see at Solo: data integrity, model security, and the need for reliable human-verified inputs as AI systems scale.
Takeaway is also very clear: as multimodal models and autonomous agents move closer to production, the infrastructure layer for verifying who is behind data, feedback, and on-chain actions becomes mission-critical.
Appreciate the thoughtful discussions with all the outstanding AI founders there. Looking forward to turning some of these sparks into deeper collaborations!!! 🚀
200,000 humans are now on the Solo waitlist, a clear signal that Web3 wants Credible Anonymity.
We will start selecting the first cohort of testers soon.

What started as a spark during a @Yale blockchain lecture has now grown into something much bigger.
Our founder, @EdisonSOLO_ , walked out of that class with one question stuck in his mind:
How can we prove someone is human online—without compromising who they are?
That question sparked the creation of Solo. Edison took a bold leap, taking a leave from his Yale MBA to go all-in on building a new standard for digital identity.
After facing skeptics and navigating the noise, we’re proud to announce that Solo has raised $1.2M in pre-seed funding, led by @drapervc and joined by @velocitycap_ , to bring credible anonymity to life.
This isn’t just a product. It’s a movement—for digital spaces where every voice is real, where privacy isn’t sacrificed for verification, and where being human still means something.
In the near future, you won’t need to click on traffic lights, buses, or crosswalks to prove you’re not a bot.
No more annoying puzzles. Just a seamless, privacy-preserving facial scan - done in seconds.
We’re grateful to our partners and investors - especially @TimDraper and Vicky Kuang from the Draper team - for believing in this vision.
Special thanks to our co-founding team, advisors, and early supporters, including @BrianRetford, helping bring Solo to life.
This is just the beginning. Keep building.
