🚨ADRIATIC Study: Durvalumab after Chemoradiotherapy in Limited-Stage Small-Cell #LungCancer🫁

📉Overall Survival:Durvalumab: Median 55.9 months (95% CI, 37.3 to not reached)
Placebo: Median 33.4 months (95% CI, 25.5 to 39.9)
HR for death: 0.73 (P=0.01)

📉Progression-Free Survival:Durvalumab: Median 16.6 months (95% CI, 10.2 to 28.2)
Placebo: Median 9.2 months (95% CI, 7.4 to 12.9)
HR for progression or death: 0.76 (P=0.02)

⚠️Adverse Events: Grade 3 or 4: 24.4% (durvalumab) vs 24.2% (placebo)
Discontinuation: 16.4% (durvalumab) vs 10.6% (placebo)

Median OS Improved from 24 months to 33 months @NEJM
