As predicted by all of your customers but seemingly not by @TPEassist planners, the 646 is already packed to bursting leaving Huddersfield, still 6 stops to go! Why is it only 3 carriages? Why is it the only service running?
@TPEassist The 7.03 takes over an hour involves a change and a 30 minute wait at Mirfield. Other than that there are only 2 direct train between 6am and 8am. Both of which are stopping services so will be packed. I don't think rush hour has been considered
@TPEassist Hello will there be rail replacement buses between Huddersfield and Leeds next week and the following weeks? From the timetable it looks as though there will on be 1 train per hour due to the rail upgrade. But no info about a bus? Thanks
@TPEassist@BarrySheerman@TracyBrabin I should hopefully be on the 7am one. I'm sure you get enough grief that you are well aware it is like this every day. Roulette as to whether your train is even running.
But you don't want to invest your own money do you @ee? You want to gouge it from existing customers. In a cost of living crisis this is shady in the extreme.
@FallenShadows82 Hey, Stephen, I hope you're well :) As usage across our networks continues to increase, and with our customers relying on us for connectivity more than ever before, it’s crucial that we continue to invest in our networks, services and the latest technology. Chris
@AvonFireRescue Fleur came to my primary school and spoke about becoming a firefighter. I've always remembered her as she was the first woman I'd met in a stereotypically male job.
@TPEassist Hi do you have a timetable for next week's strike action please? Huddersfield to Leeds. National Rail just says "may not be running". Thanks
Can the @Conservatives please accept they have lost this ideological battle and stop punishing the normal working population who just want to get to work on time and get home to their families without losing their jobs/pay/using annual leave
what they could earn elsewhere. For public servants, money isn't everything, by definition. But it is something, especially as a symbol of a community's respect for them.
Last night I checked into the emergency department at my local hospital*. I saw firsthand what has happened to the NHS. However much you read, it doesn't prepare you for the terrible reality. This thread tells a now-ordinary but - in this rich nation - almost unbelievable story.
@BootsHelp Hi I bought 3 No7 products at a Boots as there was a 3 for 2 sign on the No7 stand. When I checked my receipt I'd been charged the full price for everything. Can I just go back with my receipt for a part refund or do I need to return everything?
She was groomed by dark-money lobby groups working for Big Tobacco, Big Oil and foreign oligarchs. Now Liz Truss is in office and trashing this country on their behalf.
That was vile from @KwasiKwarteng who actually just said "for too long in this country we've indulged in a fight over redistribution"
Indulged?
Dealing with inequality is somehow over-generous? Does he think people choose to be poor & face disadvantage? Disgusting

Feels quite apt that the absolutely brilliant #WhatRemains by @wayswithweirds is published this week. It’s a bit unnerving in places but ultimately demystifying and deeply moving. LOVED IT! Retweet if you’d like this copy and I’ll do a random winner pick tomorrow.

@marksandspencer My son's school jumper has started to come apart on the first day of him wearing it. Can I get a refund without having to return the item (I can patch it up)? Or can you send out a replacement? I don't want him cold if you don't have the jumper in stock! Thanks
