I purchased an @svbony tripod head designed for precise use. The device worked well at first, but after 5 weeks it now "slips" in a way that makes it nearly unusable. I contacted SVbony, who responded with an email saying they would respond quickly but nothing yet. Any ideas.?

@BillOReilly I thought opinion pieces needed at least some analysis or argument to back up the opinion. Yours would be better if you backed it up with anything except that unnamed others did just as bad. Maybe you could compare their health and economic results. Who knows? You might be right
