We had booked SpiceJet airlines tickets from CCU to BLR via Goibibo and the flight was cancelled by the airlines.

As per DGCA guidelines, TAT for refund is 14 days but Goibibo showing 60 days.
We can’t able to speak to Customer care executive due to AI bot.

@myntra @MyntraSupport due to original and tag price mentioned in the bill is different, return is rejected by currier and support. Nothing , the bill and the price tag, is created by me but I am facing the consequences.

NPS can never be called New Pension Scheme. It has rather looks to be No Pension Scheme. When the deductible amount is fixed the receivable pension is variable. It can never be an acceptable proposition. It must be scrapped and replaced by normal pension as a social security.
