@mandeep_mayo Despite no rcts studying directly this matter, there are substudies of rcts, and imaging studies that raise the possibility of benefit. On the contrary, the only rct that I know of that shows lack of benefit is OAT trial, which included only from 72h from presentation forward
@NMerke Clearly the first one (13.7cm). The second one has a flow signal that is too broad, indicating that the sample volume is too close to the aortic valve
