@united@united I guess what I was hoping for is someone, anyone to say “Hey we know we put you in a bad situation and we are sorry and will help you get a resolution.” Instead I have been on hold and gotten impersonal links to customer complaint forms.
@united I want an opportunity to talk about my experience yesterday. While in Croatia, my flight home from EWR was canceled last minute and I was offered no option to return to my original airport (RDU) Instead I was flown to (GSO) and left to figure my own way home at midnight
@united@united I did fill this out. It says it could take 1-4 weeks to get a response. Because my flight was canceled abruptly while I was in a foreign country & my family was left stranded in a different city by United and left to fend for ourselves I am losing faith in this company.
