@elonmusk When I saw this post, I begin to think about life and everything we do daily, from hustling to work, business and all angles and I have come in terms to admit that really money is not happiness at all. Real happiness comes with having true friendship and love around you
Snakes don’t just show up. They are invited.
Here’s how to revoke the invitation 👇🏽
1. If your compound is messy, it’s not “normal.”
It’s a habitat.
Tall grass, bushes, abandoned blocks, woodpiles = snake Airbnb.
2. Snakes don’t chase humans.
They chase food.
Rats, frogs, and lizards around your house mean you’re feeding snakes indirectly.
3. Open dustbins = open buffet.
Poor waste management attracts rodents.
Rodents attract snakes.
It’s a chain reaction.
4. That tiny crack in your wall?
To a snake, that’s a front door.
Seal wall cracks, fix broken fences, and cover drains with wire mesh.
5. Water is a silent magnet.
Leaking taps, open soakaways, and stagnant gutters bring frogs and insects.
Where prey gathers, predators follow.
6. Smells matter.
Snakes rely on scent.
Sulphur powder, neem, garlic/onion spray, clove & cinnamon oil can help disrupt their trail.
7. Stop believing harmful myths.
Eggshells don’t repel snakes.
Kerosene can burn your house.
Fire scares snakes and endangers lives.
8. If you see a snake:
Distance is safety.
Calm is survival.
Call trained handlers. Don’t play hero.
9. Rainy season warning
Bush clearing and floods push snakes into homes.
Wear boots. Use torchlight at night. Look before you step.
10. This is not about fear.
It’s about environmental awareness.
Most snake encounters are preventable.
Clean space. No food. No shelter. No snakes.
Save this. Share it. It may save a life ♥️
