I was privileged to walk through this exhibit with brave Najla who managed to escape. Many remain in captivity. Their fight cannot be forgotten.

Final preparation for the 10th commemoration of the Yazidi genocide are underway. The event will be held tomorrow, August 3, 2024, at the Yazidi Genocide Memorial, located near the “Grave of Mothers,” where many older Yazidi women were martyred in 2014.
