Actually its not just him @badlogicgames or @nayshins (also millennials) still say they read important code.
Its a brand new "art" so experience in the old art form does not guarantee your right
I still review core as my salary depends on not loosing money/clients, maybe wrong
We have a millennial like @dex_horthy saying you should still read code (the core parts) and @unclebobmartin a boomer who wrote books like clean code and clean arch saying he stoped reading code.
In the end coding agents are 1 year old, so we are all learning here whats best...

@mattpocockuk lower the load on agents context?
superpowers skills are longer than yours no doubt, but we talking 50 lines, not enough to pollute context that much these days.
Or are you talking that superpowers skills need to read more codebase files than yours?
@GaryMarcus they depend on things like these being true
"SAP chief predicts AI will replace its human coders within four years"
their model only makes sense if they are job replacers
@HatedMoats The only thing it could be a bad idea is that you sold one asset that was already burned with one that still wasn't burned enough
And i agree Now can get a better turnaround in the future but the long AI short software continues for now
Next quarter will be weak vs expectations
Dont get too excited seeing software stocks up today. A lot of players were long AI, short software, so as they sell their longs they also close their shorts to balance books.

@brunoborges me too copilot cli, i didn't find copilot app good for my back end multi repo features type of work....
do you use plan mode? or any brainstorm/sdoc skills?
@fear_munger@profr33dom i got to give to you
you are an eternal optimist with this company
if this someday rallies you deserve it, you have infinite patience
@_Evan_Boyle great tool to work with monorepos
im back to copilot cli as i work with multi repo cross features,so i need a workspace with all repo clones inside and a common wor folder
I tried to import the workspace folder in the app and it was a mess
i tried orchestrate but didn't like it

@pierceboggan@rorypreddy copilot app is great for mono repo tasks, but really hard to deliver features on multi repo features, even with orchestrate. im back to cli
@_Evan_Boyle -it would be cool of a possibility that checkouts a branch at same time of worktree creation
-I miss a little bit of easier control on tool and path permissions, seems like its yolo with just a switch button for tools all or nothing, should be easier to config further
