@UNIQLO_UK I’ve been gifted something for Christmas and have been given a gift receipt for it. I need to exchange for a larger size but have been told the larger size is only available online. We do not have the original receipt, only the gift receipt. How do I exchange my item?

@Mikkb123 We already have… 4 times. But the reality is that for a lot of people this puts the rest of their life plans on hold. Not to mention the fact that because there are already 18 months worth of rearranged weddings on top of normal business there isn’t the availability…
and we all know that’s just going to end with a ‘we don’t know what happened’. Because there’s no way to find out who actually took my parcel. So now I’m out of pocket for hundreds of £ and have no birthday gift for my fiancé. Cheers @curryspcworld @RoyalMail

@ASOS_HeretoHelp appalling customer service - once again, another order made that is nowhere to be seen. Once again told to wait 48hr more despite it being next day delivery due today. Once again without gifts and without my money..... do better Asos!!
Before you would refund me. Was confirmed that it had been returned to you and now waiting for a refund. Was told to wait until the 9th January (you received it back on the 30th Dec) - 9th is here, no email, no refund, no items. What is going on?!
@ASOS_HeretoHelp this is getting ridiculous now. Ordered 9th of December - items were lost by DPD, had to wait over a week for them to investigate this. Then waited longer for them to re-send order - this also was not delivered. Again, had to wait for that to be returned to you
