Exciting news: @ListenLabs is joining @salesforce .
When @itsalfredw and I first met, we dreamed of a world where AI was as capable as it is today. But we knew intelligence alone wouldn't be enough. It had to deeply understand the humans it's built for.
That idea became Listen.
Since we started in 2023, Listen has interviewed millions of people for companies like Microsoft, Anthropic, and Sweetgreen. I am so proud of the product and the team we built.
Now that world is here. AI can build almost anything. Knowing what people actually want is the hard part. With Salesforce, when the transaction closes, we can bring that to every company in the world, much faster than we could alone.
We're just getting started. Back to work!
“to verify cpp-httplib, it was necessary to rule out the possibility of a stack overflow due to too much recursion in the std::set destructor. This recursion depth is bounded by the maximum depth of a tree, so Claude had to prove (on machine code!) that libc++’s red-black tree rebalancing algorithm is correctly optimized to keep the tree’s depth logarithmically bounded.”
This is the reality if you touch formal verification. Exciting to see it make its way into the real world now.
New on our Frontier Red Team blog: using Claude to formally verify software at large scale.
Formal verification can prove that code is free of certain bugs, but historically it has only been feasible for small codebases (or required a lot of expert time).
With AI models, however, this is beginning to change. In collaboration with @theoremlabs, we used Claude to prove security properties in over one hundred real-world open-source libraries over the span of a few weeks.

Introducing Listen Twins.
1:1 digital twins of real people in your audience, each built from an in-depth interview and validated against the person it's modeled on.
Ask them anything and get answers from 100+ twins of your customers in seconds.
Claude knows your average customer. But the average customer does not exist.
Each Twin is an agent that simulates one real person. Built from long-form interviews and behavioral data with our simulation model. 93%+ distribution-level accuracy on hold-out questions.
Welcome to human simulation.

The owner had used it since the 90s for his music label, which was also called Listen Labs. He said no when I first asked in 2024.
I kept texting him for two years and offered him equity. He stopped replying for 18 months.
Then I found out he had officiated a friend's wedding. My friend introduced us, and he said yes.
Today Hone launches Engines: AI that owns business outcomes.
Chatbots give answers. Agents do tasks. Engines deliver outcomes, and we hold them responsible for creating real value, measured in actual dollars instead of tokens or vibes.
You point it at a business metric, and the Engine figures out the rest. It onboards itself, builds the necessary agents, skills, and memories, collaborates with the right people, and gets better with experience.
From AI leaders to global enterprises, our customers have already used Engines to:
• Uncover millions in procurement savings
• Optimize product funnels
• Manage credit risk
• Increase qualified pipeline in new territories
• Accelerate implementations and improve account management
To scale this impact across the economy, we’ve raised a $60M seed led by Benchmark and Index with participation from Elad Gil, Hanabi, Definition, Diffusion, Lux, SV Angel, and Align.
AI’s raw capabilities are far ahead of the value it creates in the real world, and Engines will help close the gap.
Here’s how they work…

Listen Labs is joining @Salesforce!
A year and a half ago we launched Listen, an AI platform for understanding customers, and it’s been a crazy ride ever since.
Today, we work with some of the largest companies in the world, including Microsoft, Anthropic, and Sweetgreen.
What started as an AI interviewer is now a full platform for understanding customers. Listen finds the right people, interviews them, analyzes what they say, and even simulates how they'll behave.
Listen’s growth quickly accelerated and while we were raising our next round, we met @Benioff.
Marc is a hero of mine. I've taken countless ideas from Behind the Cloud and watched him framemog every AI CEO on the planet. We're honored to get framemogged next.
With Salesforce, we can bring Listen to every company in the world, much faster.
To our customers, our mission remains the same.I stay CEO, @Florian stays CTO and the same team will keep building the product you rely on, now inside Salesforce AI Labs. Thank you for believing in us early.
To our team, families, and everyone who believed in us before there was much to believe in, thank you.
These years have been the most fun years of my life, and it’s still only just the beginning for Listen.
Now back to work. 🚀
Listen Labs is joining @Salesforce. We’ve entered into a definitive agreement for the acquisition and expect the transaction to close in the coming months.
Every day, people use Listen to hear from thousands of customers at once and turn what they say into decisions their teams can act on. They've shown what customer understanding looks like when asking customers is fast and easy.
Now we get to bring that to far more companies as part of Salesforce AI Labs.
Customers - you'll keep getting the Listen you know, and the people behind it stay the same.
Thank you to every researcher who ran a study with us, pushed us with feedback, and made Listen better along the way.
We're just getting started.
