Illegal conduct covered up at Bowling Green State University.
Why was Raymond Craig moved out of BGSU after admitting this illegal conduct occurred?

The only office to left to try is headed by Jamie Katzner--recently brought on at BGSU. But he is the son of one of the accused! Can someone please contact the trustees and federal authorities about how this school is now run? It turned into a mad-house about 5 years ago.
Update: BGSU finally replied! But not the title-9 office. Nope, the same guy who has been involved in the cover-up for a years--Dan Powell-- responded. He indicated these matters are not the business of federal compliance offices because I have a lawyer (?) Is that how it works?
There are three administrators I can speak to.
Sara Bushong: refuses to reply, provide evidence I need (for years)
Dale Klopfer: refuses to reply, provide evidence I need (for years)
And Ellen Schedel....

Does @Dean_Bushong have knowledge as to why complaints that should have gone to TitleIX or HR were directed away from the proper (federally-mandated) authorities on campus? @bgsu@usedgov
@MollyTheGardner @kvallier@TheJusticeDept@bgsu@AAUP Did the signing of the MOU require a successor to be named to oversee the grant? That was @BrandonWarmke correct? Did Warmke also stand to personally benefit from grant?
@MollyTheGardner It appears that within a @bgsu HR investigation as to whether you were discriminated against by your colleagues, Warmke characterizes seemingly reasonable, authorized actions as "deceptive." Did you have an opportunity to respond? @TitleIXforAll
@MollyTheGardner In the HR report, Warmke states that @MollyTheGardner engages in "deceptive behavior" with the secretary "regarding budgetary information." Is this "deceptive behavior" asking for the amount Warmke's brother was paid for his visit?
@MollyTheGardner @OSBA Jennifer McHugh should have noted violations of Ohio Ethics Law, no matter how minor. That she does not find any violation brings into serious question the integrity of her report.
@coons_christian@bgsu@BGSUProvost Nepotism reported to McHugh, p.71 "Fifth Category of Allegations", Whitehead accepts all of McHugh's findings. Is @bgsu subject to Ohio Ethics Law?
@bgsu@ArtSciBGSU Recorded meeting on 8.1.19 dean Raymond Craig states he is justified in putting the department into receivership and illegal conduct occurred during the hire. Coons sends the "death penalty" email on 8.5.19: https://t.co/PK5w7iz4gq
@aspiran70754400 @GorinMoti @coons_christian@bgsu Absolutely. I’m hoping to be able to provide a full transcript but it’s slow-going (almost two hours). If you’d like you can hear the whole thing here: https://t.co/eGCiU1muH4
@bgsu@ArtSciBGSU what did Coons mean by death penalty? Receivership for the department which was already told to the faculty by dean Raymond Craig. https://t.co/sbnSKmM5PP
@bgsu@ArtSciBGSU#philosophy Coons goes public about the 2016 hire and this email is reported as threatening by Warmke and Vallier because of the words "death penalty"?
