@ThePhoenixHub@UKRunChat Mileage increases shouldn't really be more than 10% a week. Balance diet, including lean protein, is essential if you want to have energy to sustain over time. Longer slower runs help more than you could possibly imagine.

My forecast (checking from New Hampshire in the USA) is for low 60's as the high, with clouds and a slight chance of a bit of rain. Meeting 7 family members that are coming to cheer me on from the UK. CAN'T WAIT!!!

@kttKatieT @UKRunChat@runr_uk Fall marathons for me. Winters in New Hampshire, USA are very cold and snowy - making spring marathons hard to prepare for. Very early morning summer runs to train for Berlin in September. Having said all that, I love to run outdoors year round :)
