@OJBorg has anyone let you know a fluffed take has been left in the One Hit Wonders 1994 special (part 2) - you introduce Big Mountain twice (just in case it's not on your radar)
It’s okay Nadhim. It’s not like you wrote a big piece for tomorrows telegraph explaining why you’re backing Johnson. Oh, you did? Ah, well. Could have happened to any slippery, morally bankrupt, shameless politician.
Boris Johnson has done the country a service by inviting so many of his colleagues to publicly endorse him in a way that places their poor judgement and stupidity on public display to their constituents. May it never be forgotten.
What is @trussliz for now?
The Remainer turned Leaver
The LibDem turned Tory
The republican turned monarchist
And now in the space of three astonishing, startling weeks, the tax cutter turned tax raiser
@NoNamePS I saw that gig in Hyde Park too... I wish they'd done a farewell tour, but at least I saw them. People I know who saw them at Glastonbury 2003 say it was GOAT 🐐
There’s no plan to clear up the mess of 12 years of Tory government.
They’re making it up as they go along.
This is not over - it’s not just some distraction. 2/3
@mrjamesob No damage done, just a few billion written off the markets, minor credit rating downgrade, teensy loss of confidence in the city and a glimpse of our true colours to everyone who hadn't noticed yet. Other than that, I'd say the mini-budget has been a triumph.
