Last night I was not feeling well so went to sleep early without having dinner and this morning I was a bit late in leaving bed and there was 20 missed calls since morning and then got this terrible news of strike being deferred in name of high power committe .
It is time for AIPNBOF to leave AIBOA and ufbu .
And we will do that today itself .
Ense naa ho payega kuchh .
And saare terrible kaam yah log raat ke andhere me hi karte hain .
07/12/23 ka MOU mid night me Kiya .
08/03/24 ka joint note raat ke andhere me Kiya and kal raat ke andhere me phir 8 lakh bankers ki pidh me chhura bhoka .
Few wise men were saying even yesterday evening ki strike call off hoga .but I was saying categorically ki strike es baar call off nahi hoga and historic strike hoga .
And I was made fool by these 7 muskiteer of banking trade union.

Sunday was declared as weekly Holiday in India in 1890, before that Workers in British India were forced to Work all 7 Days of Week.

22 years back in patna we were agitating against zonal management on transfer posting issues and one fine morning with around 100 comrades all on casual leave we entered zonal office right in front of zonal head cabin to ghareo him .time was 10.30 AM .
ZM has fled away on leave. DZM came out of his cabin and asked our comrades why you all are here .who have called you here .
I replied unse nahi mujhse puchiye I have called them to gherao your Boss where is he call him here .
He get into argument with me i told him go to your cabin I know you are having heart issue not good for your health to argue with me in presence of 100 people .something may go wrong with your health in this crowd .meanwhile one CM HRD interrupted and said sahab se aise baat karte hain aap ham police bulayenge maine kaha police nahi military bula le and aaj bina military bulayen ham log jayenge bhi nahi aaj .and then I asked him when 2 people are talking who told you to intervene and I told one of comrade kar de elaz eska woh cm dar ke bath room me chhip gaya and DZM apne cabin me jaldi se chale gaye .
Agitation continued for few more days ZM came to his office after few days he got rough treatment and finally agreement happened on our terms .
So who is afraid of this FIR and police . government is grossoy mistaken in understanding bankers resolve to get 5 days banking week demand fulfilled.

While in past we have always questioned Union's stand this time our leaders deserve respect for their stand.

How you all realise all of sudden that every customer is important but it's very sadden to see your response towars your own staff who are your internal customer too, when you being a employer many employees are getting suicide due to high pressure but none of you have taken a efforts to take even a single tweet...
