@Bealoquebea @Efuentesval I had one with severe encasement of vessels. Gave steroids. Sent to Mayo for second opinion recommended keeping on long term tamoxifen. Later progressed and was changed to Thalidomide. That’s my worst case of MP.

@LiverFellow @ebtapper @RichieManikat Back to my training days with Dr Steven Shenker, once editor of Hepatology Journal, he used to say Benadryl was the best drug for insomnia in pts w cirrhosis. Is that Rx still appropriate to use in 2023 for that indication?
