Some craic with #PrimaryGeography adapting Guess Who games to focus on map reading skills -mountains of Ireland, countries of Europe, etc. Using locational language and geographical questions, map reading to guess the correct answer ๐ช๐ช๐ children can adapt & make their own ๐
@PriHistGeogHub@Primageographer@primary_geog @e_rotchell @EYPPC_GA Absolutely! We use map symbols at a basic level in KS1 (a tree, a house) , progressing throughout school. OS maps & symbols in KS2. It would be nice to have a more guided progression in this though

@VerandaThought I worked as TA for 4years to get experience to become a teacher. I had 2 children in full time nursery. It was when parents only got 15hrs when they reached the age for it, not the 30 given now. My husband had to put to my wages to cover it ๐
