Subject:Appointment of Student-Friendly & Competent HEC Chairman

Respected Sir/Madam,

Over 54,000 students from South Asia, Al-Khair Newport & PIMSAT Universities have suffered for a decade due to the Dr Mukhtar Ex.HEC Chairman, who has defied National Assembly directives (09-08-2023) and jeopardized our careers by halting degree attestations.

We urge the *Search Committee** to appoint a *transparent, student-focused Chairman* who prioritizes students’ futures, restores trust, and ensures immediate resolution of the attestation crisis.
