✅ 2-yr EFS: 75% vs 62%
✅ Early & sustained KM curve separation
✅ Benefit seen across PD-L1 strata and tumor stages
⚡ Hypopharynx subgroup showed no clear benefit (tiny n).
⚡ OS still awaited.
