@MrDanPerry In the US this would generally present to an ED, get a closed reduction and splint, then casted in followup. Would these be referred urgently for open reduction in the UK? I.e… same day?

There were glimpses in how we’ve started games brightly this year. Missed opportunities cost us. Big sigh as the cycle starts again. Hoping for stability
@PulmCrit Agree esmolol likely safer. But how reliable would bedside estimation of lvef be with such accelerated ventricular rates. Imagine difficult even for someone well versed let alone a novice. A lot of this high output chf as well.
@90laurenquigley That one’s on the players imo. No quality in depth. A couple new signings out and the entire attack falls apart. Zirk better off the bench but didn’t look sharp. Left side was bad.
