I'm so excited to publish my new article with the Cornell Law Review (@Cornell_L_Rev)! This topic is especially near and dear to my heart. I've yet to post a public version on SSRN, but please let me know if you'd like an early copy. I'd love your feedback if you've got the time!
It's happening! In my new role @memlawschool, I've been conspiring w/ @Greg_R_Day to put together a new colloquium series focused on in-depth discussions of in-progress antitrust scholarship. The inaugural event features a rockstar lineup: ... (1/2)
Many argue social media firms use market power to silence dissenting voices, bringing antitrust and 1st Amendment concerns closer together.
Moderated by Maciej Bernatt, @Greg_R_Day, Eleanor Fox, and @matthewstoller will explore that tension and what changes antitrust may need to better protect speech at #StiglerAntitrust25.

@BrendanRMarks Is there one aspect of basketball where UNC is at least average? It seems like UNC can't shoot, rebound, pass (a/t ratio, at least), or defend adequately. Am I wrong?

Thank you to @dinawaked@csereskati and @Greg_R_Day for sharing their critical perspectives on the law, gender, and race, with comments by Giorgio Monti & chaired by Wendy Ng
Grateful for the brilliant presentation @Greg_R_Day gave in my antitrust class today at @SLULAW. He discussed his excellent paper "Antitrust for immigrants" & explained why antitrust law may fail to protect immigrant workers. Check his paper:

I'm extremely lucky to write articles with @BennettCapers, a fantastic scholar and friend. And a big thank you to the @MinnesotaLawRev and @michlawreview for supporting our work!
Just posted "Reconstruction and the Unfulfilled Promise of Antitrust," forthcoming in @MinnesotaLawRev. It's a follow up to our "Race-ing Antitrust," which we published in @michlawreview. Best part: having @Greg_R_Day as my co-author!

It was recently reprints day! I can’t say enough great things about @WashULRev for their tremendous work! I’m also looking forward to reading the other articles in this issue by the likes of @ProfFerguson & @NinaVarsava.

Hey everyone! I just wrote a paper about opacity in healthcare, forthcoming in the Washington University Law Review (@WashULRev). This topic is especially interesting b/c antitrust lawsuits are increasingly raising the issue of opaque pricing. Let me know if you'd like a copy!
@PGunigantiAT Berkey Photo's dicta asserted that excessive ads can violate antitrust law, but it wasn't the holding: “a monopolist is not forbidden to publicize its product unless the extent of this activity is so unwarranted by competitive exigencies as to constitute an entry to barrier"
@david__simon As a jr, I found reading articles in top law reviews to be a great way of learning how to structure and present an argument. As a sr, I enjoy perusing law reviews like a magazine in a doctor's office to spot fun ideas in fields unrelated to mine. People are doing cool work!
