Stop changing clocks = GOOD. Permanent Daylight Saving time = BAD. It was tried in 1974 as an experiment and was so unpopular Congress cancelled the experiment before it was over. Those who don't learn from history are doomed to repeat it. Permanent Standard Time (my HB119) is the healthier, more geographically appropriate choice.
