@IvxnIvxn I’m in favor of forced clinical treatment. That’s controversial but the current situation doesn’t work and isn’t compassionate at this point either.
@IvxnIvxn Ban knives? Marta rules cover firearms. Address the insane people and repeat violent offenders. Thats something to discuss. If not, you’re an activist only.
Two were stabbings. One was a shooting. The shooter likely was not a licensed carrier from what we know. All 3 with rap sheets and mental problems. Do you want to actually engage in a conversation about how you might address those types of things? I’m open to it, but not interested in a game of gotchya
@IvxnIvxn 3 extremely violent incidents this past week. Right as the city is about to host a huge international event. We could burry our heads or acknowledge a very real problem exists and try to fix it.
@HamptonPrezcott Yes. And even as an out of towner coming to games from Athens. I’ll take the extra 20 minutes of traffic compared to the old place where you worried about safety on the way in and out and whether your vehicle would be fine.
@FreddyLA7@JalenLover1 Scary was the right word to use for the folks hiding under seats while a lunatic shot up the car. Or the old woman stabbed to death by an insane person.
Auburn’s Plainsman Park has a seating capacity of 4,403.
Standing room, berms, and temporary structures expand capacity to +6,300. The record was 8,228, set on June 1st vs Milwaukee in Regionals.
Auburn just SHATTERED the record with 10,627 in Super Regional Game 1 vs Ole Miss.
@MSteele_17 Fans matter more than the trees in my opinion. So I’d prioritize butts in seats over left field. For the same reason, wouldn’t mess with kudzu hill.
@cowpoke195819 Totally. Honestly Tech’s is probably more challenging considering the real estate. We have a parking lot in left field so temp stands in theory should be possible
@ConnorPatrick@HamptonPrezcott Two stabbings on trains in the last three days. One lady dead. Call everything racist if you want, but if real issues aren’t solved, then hell no, people aren’t going to invite that chaos to their neighborhoods.
