Trying to switch from one to the other after 3 attempts I'm still without my number after 3 different reasons now been told to get a new pac code but I can't now number doesn't register as the pac code was used!so without a number for a week now!

@BritishGasHelp spent 40 minutes waiting for call to be answered spoke to a rude advisor told us to go back to shop we topped up at. They told us its you that needs to sort the issue so now back on hold to you again 15mins waiting so far!

@ThisisDavina If it saves lifes & people from a horrible lonely death and stops nhs drowning with covid cases then I say do it. We have been asked to be sensible keep space wash their hand etc if the majority of people can't do that continue to spread covid then we have no one to blame but us.
